[메일] 550 5.7.606:Access denied 오류

 

메일 발송 시 아래와 같은 오류로 메일이 발송이 되지 않는 경우가 있습니다.

■ 내용

 - Office 365 등의 outlook 메일서버를 이용함에 있어 발신자가 block 발송을 할수가 없는 상황

■ 해결방법

 1. Office365 스팸 IP 해제 요청 사이트(sender.office.com) 접속

  - 주소 : sender.office.com

  - 메일 주소 및 메일서버 IP 입력

 

2. 자신의 메일로 확인메일이 수신되어지고, "전자 메일 주소 확인" 클릭

 

3. 차단 해지 대기

 - 30분에서 최대 24시간 정도 소요

 

4. 메일 발송 테스트

 - 정상 발송 확인
